William Duggan

William Duggan, 69, of West Warwick, Rhode Island, passed away at home October 5, 2022. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late William and Barbara (Cassidy) Duggan.

William was a brilliant programmer who loved sailing on Narragansett Bay with his friends.

He is survived by three brothers: Jack Duggan, Frank Duggan, and David Duggan; two sisters: Kathy Santos and Beth Duggan; brothers-in-law Steve Ball and Mike Feeney; nephews Gary Santos and Steven Ball, grandniece Rayna, and grandnephew, Lucus. He was predeceased by his sisters, Maureen Santos and Susanne Duggan-Ball.

Visiting hours will be at Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home, 1895 Broad St., Cranston, on Friday, October 21, from 4:00 to 7:00.
