WALLACE H. CHURCH

Wallace H. Church, 68, of Providence, passed away December 17, 2018 at home.

Born in Newport, a son of the late Donald and Emma (Perry) Church.                                                                               

   Mr. Church was self-employed in the Oil Delivery Business for many years.                                                                                        

He leaves three daughters Dawnmarie and Tina Marie Church, Carolann Mora, two sisters Johanna Sroka, Gloria Davis and the Late Ruth H. Cole and Geraldine Normandie.  He was the loving Grandfather of 11.

   Memorial Service Saturday at 11:00 AM from Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home, 1895 Broad Street, at Park Ave., Cranston, R.I.

Visitation Saturday morning 9:00-11:00 AM.
