Nancy Jane (Whitehead) Sheridan

Nancy Jane (Whitehead) Sheridan, 81, of Colleyville, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 2nd, 2023. Devoted wife of the late Michael F. Sheridan, she is survived by her three children, Kevin, Rebecca and Tim along with their spouses Rebecca, Eric and Brian, and her grandchildren, Sydney, Michael, Kaylie Jane and Tanner. 

Nancy was born May 13th, 1941, in Springfield, Massachusetts, the eldest daughter of Arthur Whitehead and Pearl (Colter) Whitehead, and loving sister of Steven Whitehead and Karen (Whitehead) Morgan.

With a good mind, kind heart and gentle spirit, Nancy selflessly dedicated her life to taking care of others all of whom she loved and touched deeply. She was an adoring wife, loving mother and `grandmother, honorable daughter, beautiful sister, nurturing aunt and warm-hearted friend.  

Interment will be held on Saturday, March 25th 2023 at 10 am when her ashes will be brought to rest along side of her husband at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, Rhode Island. A celebration of life with family and friends will follow at 12 noon at Georges of Galilee, 250 Sand Hill Cove Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island 02882. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude Research hospital, www.stjude.org.
