Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Allen and Gladys (Sweeney) Blackmon. Mother of Thomas A. Jr. and Stephen Scotti, sister of Lindel Boatright and Barbara Kaiserski, grandmother of 4, Great grandmother of 7.
