Brian “Duke” M. Smith

Brian M. ”Duke” Smith, 68, passed away February 26, 2026 at Hope & Hospice Care in Providence, he was the husband of Mary Ellen E. (Jackson) Smith.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Vincent and Joan (O’Toole) Smith. Brian was a salesman for P.J. Fox Paper Co. for many years.

Besides his wife he leaves 2 sons Michael and Brian Smith, brother of Vincent Smith Jr., Timothy Smith, grandfather of Landon Smith. He was brother of the late Robert Smith and Kathleen Hutton.

Funeral Services will be held respectively private.
