PHYLLIS A. O'NEIL

   Phyllis A. O'Neil (Allard), 82, of Edgewood, passed away May 17, 2017 at Elmhurst Extended Care. She was the wife of the late Gerald W. O’Neil.
   Born in Lowell, MA, a daughter of the late Edward and Agnes (Baxter) Allard. Phyllis was an Administrative Assistant for the Cranston School Dept. for over forty years.
   She was mother of Steven W. O’Neil of Phoenix, Arizona and Kathleen A. O’Neil of Cranston, sister of Robert Allard of Connecticut and Edward Allard of Washington. She was the beloved grandmother of Shannon M. O’Neil, Esq. of Boston, MA, Kaley J. and Molly A. O’Neil both of Cranston, Cody O’Neil of Phoenix, AZ., and great- grandmother of Cayden Kroeung of Cranston.
   Funeral Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home, 1895 Broad St. at Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Paul Church of Edgewood, 30 Warwick Ave., Cranston, RI 02905 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be held at RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI
   Calling Hours Tuesday 4:00-7:00 p.m.
