I am deeply sorry to hear of Artie's passing. My deepest sympathy.

I was fortunate to have know Artie for many years. He had a great
sense of humor and was really a fun guy to be around. He will be greatly
missed.

May God bless him.

Artie's was a great friend to my late husband, Gene and my kids loved to joke and fool around with him after the softball games many years ago. I remember him pitching his heart out on the pitcher's mound. May the warm memories I hold of him in my heart help to ease his passing as he is laid to rest. I only read his obituary on Saturday morning at 11:30am and rushed to try and make the memorial service to no avail. I then drove to St. Ann's Cemetery but found no one there. I called the funeral home and got the answering service. Having had no luck in trying to express my sympathy in person, I took to writing my condolences here. Artie, may you be reunited with all your old Nassa Flooring buddies who have gone before you and may you enjoy pitching big time softball in the heavens above. With much sympathy, Janet Barron
