Madeline C. (Bray) Olsen

Madeline C. Olsen, 57, of Coventry, RI, passed away on May 17th, 2022 at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence. She was the loving wife of Teddy Olsen. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of Richard and Gloria Bray. She is survived by her two daughters, Krystina Olsen-Morgan married to Kevin Morgan, and Victoria Larue married to Dylan Larue. She leaves behind her grandson Logan Larue, who was the apple of her eye. She also leaves behind her siblings Jimmy Bray a firefighter with Hopkins Hill Fire Department of Coventry, Gianna D’Christofaro, Gloria Bray, Sheena Bray, Jyl O’Brien-Williams, John Harrop, and Kim LeBlanc. She was the sister of the late Ricky Bray. Madeline was loved by many and leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and loved ones. She was also known to “adopt” some of her children’s friends along the way.

Madeline was a vivacious woman who was always full of life and could light up any room. Madeline truly welcomed every person she ever met with open arms and an open heart. She knew how to make the best of any situation and made caring for others her passion in life. 

Funeral Monday at 9:45 am from the Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home, 1895 Broad St., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Saints John and Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry at 11 am. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
