John was an avid Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots fan and enjoyed attending games and watching on TV whenever possible. John loved dogs. His late bulldog, Frank, was always by his side and he leaves behind his beloved “Lady” aka “The Weez.” His latest hobby was to spend time fishing with his grandson at Lincoln Woods.
In addition to his parents, John is survived by his daughter Alexis and her fiancé Joseph Pupella of Warwick; siblings Erin Woodside (Gil) of Warwick, Jennifer Fuvich (Peter) of Coventry, Michael Geremia (Jessica) of Wakefield, and Matthew Tinkham of Baltimore, MD; five nieces and nephews, Nicole and Andrew Fuvich, Madison Dowling, and Jocelyn and Hazel Geremia; five aunts and uncles, Edward J. and Ilona Walsh of Castro Valley, CA, Michael Walsh of Edgewood, Deborah Walsh-Kane and Alan Kane of Attleboro, MA, Barbara (Walsh) and Stephen Egan of Warwick, and Joseph and Paige Walsh of Saunderstown, as well as many cousins.
