My condolences to Omar's family and friends. Many times around election time he would call me and ask if I had an extra sign for him to place in front of his home. He and I shared many of the same values and would always enjoy a good laugh together.

To the entire Blancehtte family, I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Blanchette was my science teacher at Central High School in Providence back in '84 & '85. Over the years, I would occasionally bump into him in the Greenville area. He was a nice man. He always had a smile on his face and I he had the best laugh!!!
